Fuel injector install kit problems

Hello new to this forum so sorry if this has been covered, but im having trouble finding my answer. Ive got a 1990 f250 with a zf5 and a solid axle swap and Ive run into some problems after trying to fix a fuel leak on one of my injectors. Basically I had a leak on my 1 cylinder fuel injector right out of the cap for the return line kit. Looks like someone in the past replaced all of them except that one so i decided to replace them all. I bought a kit from GB remanufacturing tore apart the old kit and installed the new one. (this one came with four ninty degree fittings rather than the single dead end which i found odd but i worked around that) but once i was connecting the fuel lines to the metal fittings returning to the filter and what i assume to be back to the fuel tank. I realized that every fitting and the hose that came in the kit was sized bigger than the original fittings. After searching every auto parts store i could think of I can only find kits with the large fittings, and I'm left with air intrusion due to the larger fittings Is their a brand anyone knows of that will fit these smaller metal fittings, and will include the single stopping injector cap or is their a way to replace the metal fittings for larger fittings? The new hose measures about 7/16 od 1/4 id.
