2006 E350 with parasitic battery drain

There is a constant 0.5 Amp drain coming off of fuse 22 (instrument cluster, courtesy lamp, accessory delay relay, and ironically the battery saver relay)

The door switches seem to be working fine.

The center lamp was burnt out but I swapped it with the manual lamp and it all works. I'll replace with an LED.

I've looked under the dash for obvious wires shorting out but couldn't find anything on first pass.

Has anyone had this issue? Could it be a faulty relay? It caused me to have to buy a new battery today so that sucks.

I had one that had a similar drain. 500 milliamps is way too much and will drain the battery in a couple of days as you no doubt discovered. I traced it down to the instrument cluster itself which is a module. Had to have Ford reprogram the new one. Problem solved.
