The windshield washer pump has been hit or miss over the last few years and not pumping all the time. It has now quit altogether. I have replaced the pump and the turn signal / wiper stalk on the steering wheel. Symptoms are not resolved. I am thinking it must be a ground or faulty relay or something of the sort. Looking for ideas please on where to look next. I have seen some threads on corroded relays and such...
Andy, are you sure it’s the pump that’s the problem? I had a similar problem when I first got my truck, it turned out there must’ve been debris in the lines that was slowly moving throughout the system. I used an air compressor to gently blow the lines out, I disconnected them from the nozzles and blew everything out...it’s worked great ever since.
