Surprise pco

I'm sure this has been posted before, but how do i find if I have a pco? Visited one dealer today and he said nothing about it. Next dealer, and one that I purchased my current truck from 3 years ago, surprised me by saying I had a $2000 pco in my name. I check email and have seen nothing about this. Did I miss something?

Seems that the current pop up actually just tells you if you have an existing PCO. Use an incognito browser window.

I tried the incognito windows first and I didn’t get the window. I then used a regular window and got the pop up. I think this one needs to see a location for some reason.

It’s all in the luck of the draw...and fate.

I was set to order my 2020 for a spring 2020 delivery.
I got a little antsy and out of sheer luck, instead ordered it in October 19’.

I would have been shut out of a spring delivery from COVID-19. Before COVID-19 hit, the PCOs we’re flying and so where the deals.
Everything is different now.
Good luck.

Not dealing at all. Talked to very large dealer yesterday. Wouldn't even talk price till i71 forced them. Truck listed at $89000 and they dais they could take$2500 off. I need the truck but I'm not stupid. I said I have an x-plan and they were a little upset. Not sure what my truck is actually worth right now. Driving a 2017 f350 king ranch dually. Only thing it does not have is adaptive cruise. They offered $55000. Then they want a$5000 deposit on top of everything else. Definitely a sellers market but this is crazy

Amazes me that people are willing to do that. Find a new dealer, there are plenty out there.

Guess I got Luck of the Draw !! In my current billing from Ford, says I have an Exclusive Cash Offer. Including an ID# and Vincent Claim Code. Just so happens I'm going in on Monday to order 2021 King Ranch. I mentioned this to the Dealer, he said it showed up on the system and he will see that its applied if truck doesn't make delivery in time.
Hope more of the boys will have are able to receive the same !!

I agree with George's statement. After having owned about a dozen new Ford trucks since the early 90's I only recall receiving 2 offers. The most recent one was for $2500, also known in the fine print at the VINCENT offer that showed up out of the blue in an email.
I didn't really need a new truck as I had a 2019 with only 7800 miles on it. But with trade values currently on the upside, the offer and X Plan I said what the heck and stepped up a year and moved from a 6.2/6 speed to a 7.3/10 speed.

I think this is one of those intangibles that's going to vary from dealer to dealer. The deal for the truck I just bought about 10 days ago was done entirely by phone and internet. They took my word on trade condition and gave me a price sight unseen.
I dealt directly with the sales manager because I knew that he'd have the authority to give me some numbers and make a deal. No sales rep calling me back 10 times after talking to his boss. When I arrived to take delivery of the truck, it was then handed off to a sales rep who handled the paperwork and actually received credit for the sale.
They also told me that if I wasn't interested in a truck on their lot they'd order one and put my name on it. If I didn't want it they knew they'd easily sell it. I've ordered a few trucks in my life and never once put down a deposit.
As SchillerM said, find another Ford store.
