headlamp adjuster replacement

New to me 2018 f150 xlt 4wd. Headlamps need adjusting. Passenger side no problem. Driver side looks like someone went at it with a machete. It's unrecognizable. Anyone know what's involved in replacing it? Help appreciated.

A new headlight assembly will be required.

There are plenty of videos out there showing what’s involved in removing and replacing the headlight assembly.

Your XLT has the halogen assemblies so they’re very affordable compared to the OEM LED assemblies.

Replace the headlight assembly.

There are always some for sale on Craigslist, usually new or near new, that someone took off to replace with aftermarket ones.
