I have a 1951 F3 with a 239 cid V8......I am doing a full frame off and making the truck into a flat deck with racks......when pulled the engine ran fine and started with no issues.....I want to clean and paint it to its original colour (green)...leaving it a 6V
I want to replace all the gaskets......does anyone have any thoughts or advice for me.....you folks are very helpful and I am a real rookie at this
Thanks

Thank you...I thought about converting to 12v but I have friends that stayed with 6V with their Fords and I think its the right thing to do...thanks for the info on the paint
