Welcome to FTE! Your F600 will get more attention in the Large Truck forum.
The VIN doesn't tell us much, but it tells some:
F60 = F600 2wd diesel or gas
K = Comes up as a Cummins diesel or a 477 Super Duty, neither of which sounds right for an F600. Is this a diesel or gas? Inline or V?
C = Ontario plant, which also does not sound right
V80233 = 1975 serial sequence.
Please recheck the number and if possible, post a picture of the warranty plate found on the driver door near the latch.

sorry for the quality good as it gets. it has a gas motor in it. i may have a pic of that also.

If this was a 1965, K would be a 361 2v FT V8 engine, and C for Ontario would match truck plants. But then the series number doesn't seem to fit.
Can you get a clearer picture of a cleaned up tag?
Can you find any other dates?
Is it possible this was a Canadian sold vehicle?
