I think its for the in vehicle delivery, I could be wrong. Seems like its rolling out to more areas.

Can't get rid of the recall on the 2018 truck I no longer have, and then make it worse I never had it connected to Ford pass.

OK, I pushed the icon and this dialog box opened. It looks like you can remotely open the tailgate or the passenger door locks😄😉
