So I bought this 94 Ford Ranger a couple years ago. It was a Texas truck and the body reflects that but when i removed the bed to change the fuel pump I found that the crossmembers are crumbling and the frame rails are perforated by the rear spring shackle mounts. the truck runs and shifts great. the interior is clean. i bought a MAGNAFLOW exhaust system for it and looking at that I don't want to install it.
Looking for some CONSTRUCTIVE comments. I have some money into this and don't want to throw it away
SO, now don't know what direction to take.
DO I PART IT OUT?
DO I SWAP FRAMES?
DO I FAB UP A FRAME?

Part it out, or sell as a parts truck.

BTW, you'll never sell those wheels. I have a clean set of "20 footers" and no one will take them.

Otherwise, a good runner/shifter will sell, as long as it's complete and unmolested.

what is wrong with the wheels? I believe they were on a 97 I parted out.

 

nothing wrong with them but I have tried to sell or give away a set and have found no takers.
