U-Joint Replacement Questions

I have a 95 F150 Extended Cab XLT 2WD that needs some new u-joints. I'd prefer to pick up some spicer U-Joints and just want to make sure I have the correct part number. I found this link on rock-auto:

It's hard to say. My truck had a couple options according to oriellys system. I find its easier to remove the old ones and measure the cap diameter and the ujoint width.
