Hello everyone, my name is James. I come here in the hopes (and the likelihood) of getting all kinds of info about my new to me truck. Long story short, my wife has always wanted an old truck so we came upon a surprise and ending up rescuing a 66 F-100 from going to the crushers the guy said, in a matter of about 36 hours. so we tossed him some cash and took it home. After we got it home, we threw some new plugs, wires, battery and starter (because it had the wrong one on it) and now it runs pretty good! I say all that to say this, we've never had any kind of project like this so we are in over our heads naturally but couldn't pass up the deal. So any tips, tricks or suggestion would be great to hear. The truck has a 351W with an FMX tranny stuck to it.
Welcome to FTE. It sounds like the project has already been started.
