Repaired Frame Crack?

I noticed there was a suspicious spot on the frame of my 1974 f250. Does this look like an old crack repair and if so, should I be concerned about it?

Take more pictures. Your frame appears to have been cut. There is no support in that frame section.

X2 with the more pics. What area of the frame is that? Hitting it with a wire brush to clean off the c... would help to see what took place there.

BACK up and take a pic, but 1st wire brush the area. Something has been welded on/repaired/added on to for something. We need to see the area in a larger pic.

Looks like where the stick welder stopped the intentional weld and dragged his stick across the frame. Factory frame welds weren't as neat as the ones made by robots today...
