My switch for the door open/key buzzer broke. It's located on the ignition housing that the ignition cylinder goes into. See example picture below. Anyone have a part number or know where the find a new switch? It appears to be part of the yellow wire harness under the steering column that goes to the clock-spring, so I might have to replace that whole section of wiring if they don't sell the switch separately. I tried looking Ford part diagrams, Dorman, etc, and couldn't find it. Thanks!
i have never found a replacement part for that.
what i do when they break is just cut the wire and tape the end off.
sometimes i will remove the buzzer too.
