I recently took truck down to frame to clean and paint it, while repairing engine for burnt intake valve and damaged piston. I cant remember where these two small brackets go. I thought they went over/on top of the front sway bar bushing brackets that are welded on the frame. However the parts diagram does not show them there, and a similar truck at work does not have them there. Thank you, for your help, Brandon

I realised I had left that out after posting. I went back and edited post, However it might not have gone through. The truck is a 2005 Ford F250 4x4 6.0
This is my 2007 F350 sway bar with a 6" lift bracket, but if you removed
the lift I can imagine that it went between the sway bar bushing and frame
going by the notch. Hope that helps.
Thank you OneTon350 for taking the time to send me a pic. I found out the bracket is part of my fisher plow bracket. It is an adapter for the sway bar bushing, as the plow mount also bolts there.
