Every outing this year which is now 8 times including this past weekend after unloading the camper there is a white glue or sealant of some sort left on the bed mats. Already had to apply sealant to several areas on the outside of the rig. What the heck is it that hasn't dried since this is a 2020? Thanks in advance.
It appears to be caulking/sealant that never dries. Sometimes it is large spots the size of a quarter up both sides of the bed mat. I flipped it for this outing and this is what it looks like now a long streak of white glue.
I apologize for not remembering what camper you have, new or used. My thought was it looked like chalking one gets from a rubber roof or what you get if something was used as a caulk or roof treatment that was either wrong for RV use or was a bad batch. I don't think it is a significant problem, but it would be nice to know where it is coming from as it is atypical.

No worries. You've been a big help to us newbies missus and I with our first TC. Yeah, it's 2020 AF 811 and would suspect the wrong sealant used under the box that sits in the bed is slowly bleeding out. Not sure if using the correct sealant would harden over the still oozing old stuff. It might have to wait until spring now.
If I were a betting man, I would bet the product supplier changed the formula and didn't tell anyone. You might drop AF an email with a picture just as a heads up. However, I do not think your have a serious problem.
