tried it with the old switch it didn't work so i tried with the new switch. i could adjust for working in run or working in acc. this timing is a pain how do i do it.

I don’t understand. There is no timing of anything at the switch. Plug the old switch into the harness and try starting the truck. The switch is the part at the lower column.

I got the timing. Right on the switch it will go to run and acc but the start part moves real difficult it won't go all the way into start but it runs now and I drove it home last night . that is when I found out there is no dash lights, I have head lights and tail lights but no dash light or signal lights, but the signal switch I know is bad and I will check the fuses before buying a new headlight switch. It ran great but I am not sure of my speed, no dash lights. My friend that was following said I. Was in excess of 65 woohoo.
I used the trick to pull someone out of a ditch today and 4wd worked great when I got home I smelled antifreeze I looked under the hood and the radiator cap had come off or it was blown off not sure but it is back home now and still idles at 3000 rpm I will have to investigate more when I warms up a little.
