vin decode 1970

Hi I needed some help decoding my vin on a 1970 f600. I got some help from others hear but was interested in the rear end size and gear ratios. The 1970 rear end looks alot bigger than a 1968 one that I have. Both are 2 speed rockwells. I'm trying to build one truck out of two and deciding what parts are best. Had another thread a few weeks back just starting a fresh one thats maybe less confusing.
Thank you

We already did part of this one. But I digress:

F61 = F600 gas, 4x2

D = 330 2v HD FT engine

R = San Jose assembly plant

J83226 = 1971 serial sequence

194 = 194 inch wheelbase

M = White

F612 = F600 gas 4x2 23,000lbs GVWR

48 = Standard cab w/o back of cab equipment (double check this, could it be "4B"?)

2 = Clark 282V 5 speed direct transmission

E3 = Eaton model 16244 2 Speed Rear Axle / 6.50/9.04-1 / 17,500 lb. Rear Axle Capacity

C = Ford 6,000lb capacity front axle

23000 = 23,000 GVWR

164 3800 = 164 net HP @ 3800 RPM

71 = Los Angeles district code

EDIT: I found that axle code in the decoded info of another 1970. Given the weight rating of it and the front vs. the 23,000 GVWR, it looks right.
