Hey guys and gals, I'm hoping you can help me with an issue on my (new to me) 250.
I assume that the truck was lifted at some point before I purchased it and the track bar has been giving me issues since day one.
First, the lower mounting bolt absolutely refuses to stay tight so today I cranked on it with a long breaker bar, hopefully it will stay tight, but now I've found what seems to be a bigger issue.
I have no idea what bar this is, the only thing that I've found that looks similar is the PMF bars, but it looks like crap to me.
The only solution I can come up with would be to either flip the lower side or grind the cross member? It's making all kinds of racket and driving me nuts.
The truck is stock height now, I'm just guessing that it was lifted before they traded because I've seen clues that tell me it had aftermarket wheels & tires, etc. along with the aftermarket track bar.
Any recommendations on track bars for stock height trucks?
