Yep. That’s good enough for me after what I had. I’ll back flush again in the spring and I’m going to change the coolant filter in another 30 days.

At idle everything looks good 5 to 6 degrees

coolant filter is also fresh since the engine swap

Just posting an update.... when i did the engine swap the thermostat was not replaced. I probably got confused I have 6 other vehicles. replaced that and spent a week driving into work delta still not great. i haven't driven much in the last week. I did my engine breakin oil change and I also changed the EOT sensor. so far looking much better. I drive in every other week with covid. I should no next week.


Just FYI used a Mishimoto 185 degree stat and ford oem EOT sensor.
