Trouble codes P0304+P0316
My 04 F250 5.4 just start running rough on cold start up and smooths out after a minute. No engine light came on but pulled P0304 and P0316. #4 misfire. Can anyone recomed where to start? Is the truck ok to use while trying to figure this out? Thank you

I'd start with a compression test, followed by a new spark plug. If neither of those yield results then I'd swap the coil and fuel injector with another cylinder. If the misfire moves to one of those other cylinders you'll now know what to replace.
