Front Grille

How do I remove it? The plug for my block heater is zip tied to my fog light and I can't get it out.

I had a hell of a time too. But a long set of snips cured it.

I've yet to find mine (didn't bother looking for it yet) Hopefully mine won't be hidden that far in.

The heater pigtail is just a figament of your imagination...
BigFoot has been seen more times than it

Actually, I couldn't find mine on the '03 Ex until I pulled the grill...

(Not too hard once you know how ! -
five screws on top, four or five clips on bottom... Used a long screw driver to push up on the bottom of the u shaped clips to pull them out)
Reinstall tip: pull clips off truck and put on grill to put grill back on - much easier !)

on MY Ex the black block heater three hole receptacle with the small cover was zip tied to the wire loom running down just in front of the radiator on the PASSENGER side... it was pointing down so very hard to see... Could not see it from the bottom or the front until I knew where it was...
Will have to post some pics !

This is a common complaint for a lot of folks !
"Ware is it !?!"

hope this helps!

They tie it out of the way so we can have LONG threads and many afternoons under our trucks to 'get to know them' while looking for it

And could you see the line at the dealership complaining about the banging going on in the front end if they didn't tie it down ?
