Actually, I couldn't find mine on the '03 Ex until I pulled the grill...
(Not too hard once you know how ! -
five screws on top, four or five clips on bottom... Used a long screw driver to push up on the bottom of the u shaped clips to pull them out)
Reinstall tip: pull clips off truck and put on grill to put grill back on - much easier !)
on MY Ex the black block heater three hole receptacle with the small cover was zip tied to the wire loom running down just in front of the radiator on the PASSENGER side... it was pointing down so very hard to see... Could not see it from the bottom or the front until I knew where it was...
Will have to post some pics !
