So... i did have a rusted oil pan issue... still do but i went the JB Weld route plus i sprayed bedliner on the oil pan as well... should buy me a few years.Found the pinhole oil leak as well and got it sealed up.. the underside of the truck is now clean of oily grime and crap... nice to actually see the bottom of the truck clean.
Other issue I think is a noisy HydroBoost and front brake calipers hanging up.. feels like a tire out of balance.. but I just got the tires balanced to rule that out. So, i have ordered a new brake booster and all new brake hardware for the front. we will see if it goes away. There is a grindy, gurgly noise at idle... not sure what it is but guessing it is the hydroboost.. I just put a new (not reman) power steering pump on a few months ago... no change in the sound. It is not the #8 injector.. i know that sound all too well. Also, I just (this month) put on a new water pump.. so its not that either. But the sound comes seemingly from drivers side and closer to the floorboard, plus you can feel a buzzing/grinding feeling through the brake pedal.

Thats what I got... Thanks for offering to help.
The calipers are quite common. If the pins aren't removed and cleaned/lubed fairly regularly they'll seize up - I've had two go out on me like that. Another thing is the hoses will collapse internally and can form a check valve-like condition where it doesn't let pressure release. The grinding I haven't heard before. There will be a slight 'hum' when pressing the brake pedal though.
