I haven’t found a motorcraft OE yet. I was too busy at work to have our parts guy call and ask.

Wiring Harness
Hi there everyone, im new here in the forum, im looking for my 2003 F350 6.0l , the Firewall Harness, this one goes from fuse box ( inside ) all the way to both of the headlights. Im trying to find one ( new ) if is possible. Im having a lot of electrical problems , my engine harness is new and the Injector harness too. The only one i need to change is that one . If anyone knows where i can find one or have the part # i will appreciate it . Thanks

there is a subforum for the PSD’s, also a dedicated website for them too.
Have you been able to locate the source of the issue?
a power probe and some time is a good way to find out. Don’t be afraid to undo some electrical tape and open up the harness and see what the wires look like. Check for any loose wires at plugs. Freshen up ground points.
anywho, the body harness you may be able to get. If not, here’s some tips for doing harness overhauls from someone who does it frequently:
1: as you unplug things, mark what they go to, and where they go. Like Headlamp left
2: mark the wiring harness every so often as to where its being routed
3: Buy a good wire pin set, sometimes its just the plug thats gone bad. A re-pin is easier and better in the long run than soldering
4: Don’t use the butt connectors outside of in-cab, soldering lasts longer. Ive had a few comebacks and warranties from connectors. Not one from soldering.
5: If you pull a junkyard or used harness you can completely rebuild it yourself. Major pain but if you take your time its not the end of the world. Try and match colors, mark really well and take your time.
