I was looking for one for my 99. In another forum someone mentioned ProClip USA. It is sold in two parts, a mounting base for the specific vehicle, and a device holder for whichever model of phone/tablet you have. I just went on a long trip and it worked great.
I've got both a cup holder cell phone holder and the RAM mount on the dash for my RV Observation Camera, RV GPS, and TPMS monitor. It works great!
I love the idea of adding powered USB ports to the cubby where the RAM mount is affixed to. I'm going to steal that one! I wonder which 12v wires they were attached to though.
I just drop mine in the forward cup holder, bottom side up. I ran a USB charging cable from one of the USB outlets in the rear of the console. I put a couple of Command Adhesive clips along the top edge of the side of the console to hold the cable when it’s not in use. My console area has four cup holders, and the wife and I only use two. That leaves the other two for our phones, hooked up to charge cables.
I pulled the center tray on top of the dash and mounted a Ram ball directly to it, 4 small thru-bolts with nylon locking nuts on the back side. The Built-Right tray is neat but expensive (in my opinion) if all you're going to mount to it is a cell phone mount. If you're going to add a backup camera mount and/or trailer TPMS display, then it starts to make more sense.
Man I really like this one but then you can’t slide the cup holders over. I really don’t want to lose that ability and I don’t want to have to remove the whole charger/mount just because my wire just jumped in the truck. I really wish it would just fold down.

I had this in my 2018 Raptor and just put it in my new f250 I picked up last week. By far the best mount I have ever had. Rock solid, amazing quality. The phone holder from 67 Design can be tough to get your hands on as they sell out quickly. You won't regret it though.
P.S First post looking forward to being part of the forum.

I like the idea of the BuiltRight rack and RAM arms, but man, it looks like a killer robot is climbing out the the dash! I’m not sure I can get past that. But for you guys with monitoring screens, like I ran in my diesel (tablet with TorquePro), that’s an awesome set up with a ton of versatility. I’m seriously considering it.
