Breaking and Steering

I have 2003 f150 4wd with the 5.4. Today my truck started making noise from front end when I would be using the breaks and turning the wheel at the s and me time. Is there a specific cause or multiple causes?

Could be the brake pad wear indicator telling you the brake pads require changing. Could also b e a worn wheel bearing hub assembly.

Thank you I also noticed what sounded like a flat tire on driver side front but it's not. Maybe alil low on air but no where near flat. Can that be wheel bearing/hub. I forgot to put that in there.

Your going to have to check your brake linings. If you live in an area with salted roads the inner rotors have a tendency to rust while the outboard side looks fine. To check the wheel hub assembly you have to lift under the lower control arm until the tire is just off the ground. Then you grab hold of the tire trying to move the tire top to bottom. There should be no play. Spinning the wheel should be smooth with no grinding feel. If you don't know how to do this safely take it to a garage for an inspection.
