Skid plates and leveling Kit
Very recently got a used 2017 F350 FX4
I need to do some up grades as this truck is going to have a rough life. I bought it specifically for being deep in the mountains. Some above average gnarly roads and avalanche wash outs and your standard back woods mountain stuff, with truck camper and sled
Looking at leveling kit in the front in order to install 35 X 12.5, price depends on best bag for the buck that helps the truck the most
Body amour (skid plates) really do not need to walk out of the mountains, oils should be kept on the inside.
Google is fine, but I learned in combat, first hand knowledge is usually more helpful than opinion of someone who has not been there
Thanks Again

I ran warn cables to the rear of the truck and have a cradle mounted winch I keep in the back in case I need to pull myself out backwards and installed a front diff skid plate. I also recommend Cooper STT Pro’s (305/70-R18) as like stated before they have awesome puncture resistance and work well aired down to 18-20PSI in the mountains
To run 35s the truck doesnt need a lift. I would put some factory 5900lb springs on it and a front bumper with more clearance. 5900 will be the heaviest duty and highest sitting factory spring. The more you venture from stock the more that you need aftermarket and the more issues that can come up. Do those, good shocks, and good steering stabilizer in the factory location.
The factory wheel width isnt suitable for a 12.50 wide tire. Also for most “35s” the tire psi and load rating might not work on the F350. I would just go with a metric near or exactly what the 2020 Tremor package has.
I would also do a selectable front locker.
What are the details on the truck: motor, gears, configuration? Do you plan to tow heavy with it?
