I don't know if you have Torque Pro, but it does have a nice feature in that it lets you check your emissions readiness monitors. If you have to clear any codes it will tell your when they a ready.

identify whether the vehicle's computer has completed the required "tests" while the vehicle
is being driven. ... The test equipment reads the OBDII and readiness monitor status as

And the type of test depends on your county in CA - ours is only visual and OBDII plugged into their computer. Ours just passed a couple weeks ago too... BTW: I asked my smog guy about PCV catch cans in general and he said as long as he can follow the lines to the can and back to where it normally goes into intake stream, and can tell it is a closed loop, they're just fine...
