So I've dropped the fuel tank to check the connection on the ftps and the connector is good. I check to see if I had voltage going in to the sensor 2 wires my probe tester just reads (-) and the red wire with pink line just reads (0.00). I've checked the wire all the way up to underneath the dash and it's not cut or grounded, I would like to know where the wire is at on the ecm to see if I'm getting voltage coming out of the ecm. I would appreciate any help guys.
Why aren't you looking at a system leak for pressure loss. Bad gas cap etc . Leaking hoses type thing .Sounds to me you may need a smoke test . Carbon canister vent valve working ?
I did test the system, first thing i changed was the gas cap. That is the reason it led me to drop the tank and check the connection on the sensor. Now I actually have to find the pin on the ecm to see if the ecm itself is sending the low voltage to the sensor for it to receive a signal.

P0452 is an ELECTRICAL fault, it cannot be caused by gas caps or other air leaks in the EVAP system. It's a very good idea to know what a code is indicating before throwing out "recommendations" that simply don't apply and just waste time.

The FTPT is a 3-wire sensor:
GY/RD wire is the SIGRET (signal return). It should have continuity to chassis ground through the PCM.
BN/WH wire is the power feed supplied to the sensor from the PCM at pin 65. Should be around 5 volts.
RD/PK wire is the SIGNAL output to the PCM pin 44.At atmospheric pressure, it should read around 2.6 volts.
