Vacuum line?
looks like a vacuum line goes here but can’t figure out from where. This is on the throttle body on the upper intake. 89 351w

Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid.
But that nipple looks plugged.

From the same source as the top nipple. The two hoses were “ Y’d “ together from the factory.

Might just look like that from the photo and would that happen to be the thing located behind the upper intake because I just saw that there’s no vacuum going to that either

If you mean what is pictured below then No. That is a diverter valve for the air injection system.

Where would that be located? Sorry for all the questions, I’m no mechanic by any means and rebuilt this engine from 3 torn apart engines and these vacuum lines are a pain

The diverter valve should have a vacuum line to the TAD solenoid. Where that is on the 351 I don't know.

Sorry I was wrong above after looking at the diagram it does not come from the Canister Purge Solenoid.
The Line for that nipple comes from a "T" ahead of the Canister Purge Solenoid.
