Programming a key with Forscan

Im trying to program a key with the Forscan app and Im to the point in the truck where the PATS key subject is up and it wont let me continue,it says I have to get extended license (which Ive downloaded several times now) and every time I try again it says license already in use,how do you get the system (or website) to recognize the existing license? They dont have number you can call so I thought maybe someone on here could help...

Finally got 2 keys programmed, it took some trial and error but with a lot of Youtube and patience I managed to git er done although I cant seem to get the third one programmed but WTH Ive got an ignition and a spare. Thanks buddy.
