So my daughter just called me from Texas. She's got an 05 Escape (v6) and I'm her go-to guy when it comes to issues. But this one is a new one to me.
She went for a drive tonight (after dark) and as she went to leave her apartment complex, she turned on her right blinker. When she did so, the headlights went off. then they came back on and the blinker started working. This happened a few times, only with the right blinker, and eventually it stopped.
When she got in the car to go back home, same thing happened. I asked her about her other lights, like dash, etc, and she didnt pay enough attention. She will try again later to get me more info.
But, in the meantime, thoughts? Has anyone seen this behavior? I can walk her thru (and have) many kinds of repairs, and I'd like to have an idea of what we're looking at if its something my online brothers have seen before.
