Went to start my Y2K E-350 diesel this morning, and the batteries are dead again. (Well aware there are two, and I even know where the "other one" is). I suspect the radio. Is that the fuse box under the passenger airbag? If it is, I'll have to find my nut driver.
Yes, I will have the batteries tested while I'm out today. But I'm thinking to pull the fuse for the OEM clock/radio and see if that might help.

Your van is a newer model and doesn't have an IDI in it. I doubt that the radio is pulling down your batteries.
Get a multimeter that has pass through and can measure in amperage, then all you have to do is disconnect the battery cable, put a lead on it and a lead on the battery post.
Disconnect stuff until your draw is roughly .4amps or less
