Yup, definitely the Lincoln. Thanks Scott! I found another box with the matching blue 1979 steering wheel.

so, the million dollar question, will they work in a truck without swapping out the mount? wasn't sure on the angle of the car vs. truck cab...

Well take one of you current visors out and see if that one will take its place. You can get the wide down the A pillar and get power from the yellow 3 hole connector (behind the glove box) that is none 12 V power for the glove box light and cig lighter. They are split off one so you have 2 free holes.

The angle is workable, but you would have to put longer posts in as they are 4" too short on overall length, or run em like the 80's style that doesn't have the center support.

I'll have to get em listed. Don't need them, Don't fit right anyhow.

Rich, this steering wheel would look handsome in that blue rig though....LOL it has a blue wrap on it, probably like new underneath. should be woodgrain rim, I'll look to defeat curiosity.

Thanks for not beating me up, that's why I like this forum; No one trying to accuse me of attempting to pass these off as original. (truck)

Been following this post, both because it's interesting and educational. Plus the forum probably already knows, I like Ford OEM lights and gadgets (stuff) to personalize and customize my trucks with. Imagine there's allot of others on the forum the same way.

Rich, now that you mention it, I haven't see any recent post from Bill (ND) in a while. All in fun. Sometimes I read in the background some of Bill's replies, which are usually succinct, indicative of being a retired Ford Parts manager, then how some react negatively and Bill defiantly stands his ground. I just have to laugh, Bill is wealth of knowledge and fortunate for all of us, since he so freely shares it W/us, just like you and HIHO Silver. Don't remember at the moment, but it might of been the old Drag Net show that was notorious for the saying "just the facts". which kind of reminds me of Bill.

On a different note. I reached out again to Twinzilla for the 78/79 round plastic steering column trim piece, plus a few other items, so I should be okay for now. Have you thought about including your latest Ford truck acquisition to your line up.

For once, I was hoping for it, He's not always but damn near mostly and usually accurate. Thats why I asked about the catalog. I did not want to be misrepresenting something but, in the end, it was MY fault.

Bills (ND) "statistics"......Last Activity: 08-29-2020 11:03 PM. He was posting up turning signal switch info. Maybe he already decided he needs another break?
Don hope twin Z can get you the parts. And no I do not have room in my sig block to add the 07 in the line up.

I was hoping my little prod would get a response from him and the part #, and location, and inventory #'s available on planet earth, and a phone # to said part locations. Lol
