I own a 1986 ford f150 4x4 with a Efi 5.0 v8 and it has front manual locking hubs but im curious if it has rear locking diff
Not unless it's been added later. There were no locking diffs offered from the factory back then. It would have either an open diff or a limited slip diff.
And by the way, locking front hubs serve a completely different function from a locking diff. A locking diff locks the two sides together to keep you from only spinning one tire. Locking hubs connect the front wheels to the front axle so you can drive them (and unlock so you don't have to spin the front axle when in 2WD). You still almost certainly have an open diff in the front (although a few trucks had limited slips).
Rear axles don't have locking hubs because you'd never want to disconnect the tires from the axle (unless you are flat towing the truck).
