I used to do that. After a while I discovered there were people living in my house! One called me Dad. Who knew? They seemed like nice people.

Good morning 'Braska...Welcome to September. Time to get your flu shots...no need to take any chances with Covid 19 lurking as well.

Since I'm first in for September...what do I win???

 

You win my flue shot so you can have a double dose last time I had a flue shot I felt like crap for a month. I already had a shingles shot that made me feel like crap and then a pneumonia shot that made me feel like crap this year so I'm passing on the flue shot.

I wonder about all the urging to get a flu shot. Never had one, as most people I know that had one got sick.

Since I've been sick...I get a flu shot every year...haven't gotten the flu since...and...I never have issues with the shot. I also get a pneumonia shot...I believe every 5 years...no issues there either. Either the flu or pneumonia would probably kill me.

 

Good morning guys! Man, I am beat today. Hate the late nights and early mornings. I get a flu shot every year. Haven't had the flu for at least 20 years.

 

I got my shots at the VA and they are really pushing flue and pneumonia shots for us old farts because of Covid 19, they don't want us getting sick and run down in case we come in contact with the virus. They didn't have the flue shot when I was there last month or they would have stuck me with that to, kind of reminded me of boot camp it's for your own good. I hope to get in and out of there without a flue shot when I get my hearing aids in a couple of weeks

No problem. I have not headed out west yet and they are normally a day or two late.

How is today shaping up? Working on end of the month stuff here and then a I have a couple of projects that need some attention.
