Need to rack other brains. We were on the freeway, when truck lost power and just sputtered out. No smoke etc. Just kaput. Able to get it towed home, and we just cannot figure out wth is going on. It acts fuel starved. We have replaced: CPS, ipr, icp, icp pigtail, fuel filter, oil change, in line pump, hutch/harpoon, fuel pump relays, EOT, EOP, and ebp sensor. Please let me know after hearing if you have ideas.
Really need to get a means of monitoring the system with FORScan with a computer or phone to see what the HPOP etc are doing before you start throwing more money at parts. A Bluetooth adapter or Usb connector for computer can be had very cheap and save you lots of time and money.
Listening to the video I hear a noisy injector then a gradual dying. Kinda want to agree with you, sounds like fuel starvation.
Is the fuel tank below 1/4? If yes get it up to 1/2 and see if it runs ok. If yes, then that points to a broken fuel pickup foot in the tank. Fairly common. Google Hutch and Harpoon mods.
If no change the fuel pickup screens in the tank may be clogged. A simple way to check is to remove the hose from the rear of the fuel pump and blow shop air back to the tank. Open the fuel filler cap first. The air will clear the screens temporarily. And yeah, fix is Hutch and Harpoon again.

His initial post says he already did the Hutch/harpoon mod.
Whew, that's a nice piece of change you've thrown at it. I hope you used all OEM sensors, as aftermarket sensors don't seem to work well. I second checking the oil level and I'd check fuel flow via the bowl's drain valve and catching the fuel out the drain tube that runs down the front of the engine on the passenger's side.
