That looks real clean! You just gave me a great idea providing I can fit a light bar above my Ford letters. I have to take some measurements.
Is that FORD Grille the one for 99-04 or the one for 05-07 and your front bumper is that also 99-04 or 05-07 swapped, the headlight seem like 99-04 but im asking just to make sure since so many swap so much of it around.
Im looking at getting the 05-07 version of that grille since my custom bumper has a large gap between it and my stock 00 grille.
Hello Squirrel13,
I'm curious which Baja Designs light bar you have. I'm looking at the S8 (6,350 Lumens), and the OnX6 (12,460 Lumens). I measured the space in my grill above the letters "FORD" and there's ~2" of space for the light to shine through. It looks like the OnX6 might fit , but I'm unsure. I've chosen this location since the higher the light, the more distance it will throw. Also I'm unsure about which lens would be appropriate. I don't go off road but when on a dark road I want light. And another concern, should I cut out the grill where the light will go or leave in intact and shine through. What I don't want to do is light up the front of the A/C condenser and everything else before the header panel.
Lens choices are;
Driving/Combo
Wide Driving
SpotAfter seeing Jakerichards1 installation, I see how installation should be pretty straight forward.
I'm thinking of the Rigid cube where the factory lights are and the Baja Designs 10" light bar in the grill. The question is which one would be better for my location?
Yes the grill is the 99-04, and of course the bumper too. There is an 05-? version available.
YEP, its taller and doesnt look so scrunched together vertically. Notice the honeycombs are 2 and 3 tall above the ford emblem on yours, this one is taller.
Just pulled the trigger on Amazon. Scored the Rigid 202113 lights and the Super Duty mounting brackets for a total of $150. Great deal!
I want to trigger them the same as the OEM's. Since these are replacing the OEM fog lights, is it recommended that a relay harness is used?
The lights come with a harness but does not have a relay.

The Rigid lights being LED should draw less current than the OEM halogen bulbs. I wired mine directly to the OEM fogs with an optional trigger back to the switch pros. No problems as of yet.
