no put seal on glass,I used this soap like liquid that precision sold (palm-olive) would probably do the same thing,,,,,then soap up your stainless trim,I did left side first ,then top,than bottom,and finished up with right side,,,,blue tape each pc. once on ,and leave it even while your putting windshield in ,use soapy liquid when installing windshield as well,,,,,,go slow

If you got your trim on without bending it that's impressive. the classic car glass specialty guy I had do mine said installing the molding first is the ONLY way it can be done. it was a PITA but we got it in there as a unit.

yeah I got it on the seal just can’t get it to cooperate going on the glass, I tried the seal on the glass first and it didn’t work for me

I'd like to see an assembly line picture from back in the day of putting that stainless on. Read a short article once written by an assembly line worker at Ford, he installed and adjusted the fenders on Falcons at a rate of 1 every 60 seconds all day long.
