Fuse 18 keeps blowing
Hey ya'll, I have a 95 f150 and the other day my speedometer and odometer randomly stopped working. I checked the fuse and sure enough fuse 18 under my dash was blown. I looked in my manual and that fuse is tied to speedo, odomometer, and airbags. The white wire with a purple chaser looks fine, although after following it I learned that the harness that goes to isnt plugged into anything, so I don't have airbags? Then the other wire off the fuse goes into a big nest of wires and i need a good schematic. Does anyone have a good schematic with fuse 18? all schematics I have found do not 18. Also, any ideas on what keeps blowing my fuse would be appreciated i am pretty stumped.

Do you have the E4OD transmission with a push button on the end of the shift lever? On my 1994 F-150 the wires inside the shift lever were all wonky and I kept blowing the fuse, but I believe i was blowing fuse #8. I replaced the shift lever with wires inside and the button on the end and it fixed my problem. You may not have an E4OD transmission and even if you do this may not be your problem, just thought I would mention it as a possibility.
