There were no factory F700 Crew Cabs. The GVWR is low for a truck this large. It's possible that Ford sent this truck out after it left the assembly line to have it converted to a crew cab.
The only factory crew cabs were F600's. There's no way to know if the air brakes are original or were added later. No way to know if this Crew Cab is an aftermarket conversion.

The truck is also extremely short compared to the other crew cab sitting next to it. Also struck me as odd that it is 6 lug with air brakes.

Warranty Plate riveted to the left door below the latch...and what happens is...
People replace damaged left doors with used doors. 99.9% of the time, people fail to install the original Warranty Plates on the replaced doors.
COMPARE the VIN on the Warranty Plate to the VIN on the registration/title...to see if they match.
