TURBOS

Early 04. Bulletproof. 200k on the turbo. 25k on the block. I'm considering a GARRET with a wicked wheel to replace my current 200k mile turbo. It's starting to sound like aluminum grinding under load. OLD SCT TUNER. Requires update. Which i don't know how to do.
if like to see faster take off speed.
What's working for you guys?
Thanks!

DON"T update your SCT. They will make all the old tunes basically unusable. The best replacement turbo on the market, IMHO, is from KC turbos. Charlie does the R&D to make them work.

I second that. Don't update the tuner.

You could probably get a stage 1 from KC and still use your current tuning.
