7.3 swap

My daughter has a 97 crewcab shortbed 4x4 with 290000 miles on its 7.3 powerstroke and I just bought a wrecked 03 with an intercooled 7.3 with only 130000. I am planning on swapping the motor ,tranny , transfer and intercooler. Any one done this swap ? Is there any thing I should watch out for ?

The engine is pretty much the same except for the intercooler and the electric fuel pump.

I'd grab the fuel pump setup off the frame of the 03 and efuel the 97
