Hello all. My 1968 F100 has a 1978 steering column (ps). I wanted power steering so I went to a junk yard many years ago and was told it was a 1972 and put it in. So now I am replacing the turn signal and would love to find a better steering wheel and horn bar to fix it up until I find a 1968 column to make it right. so far no luck on finding anything. Has anyone else found a one or a replacement? this is what I get for swapping it when I was young.
Not looking for a generic aftermarket wheel. those I can find. Looking for Ford or Ford replacement. LMC just laughed at me when i asked.
Thanks all

P/S steering wheel is the same: 1978/86 F100/350, Econoline and Bronco. 1980/86's use different horn pads than 1978/79.
1972/77 F100/350, 1974/77 Bronco, 1975/77 Econoline use the same 2 spoke steering wheel and horn pads except 1975/77 F100/350 & Econoline with Speed Control.
Thanks for the info . I will be able to refine my search now. I did not know there was such a wide range on the 2 spoke wheel.
I wish someone made a reproduction like LMC.

Thank you both.
Carpenter reproduces the 3 spoke steering wheel and at one time reproduced the 1971/77 2 spoke steering wheel. You'll have to look to see if he still does.
Most of the repro parts sellers buy parts from Carpenter. Some don't reproduce much of anything.
Bill, so a 1974 - 77 ford bronco 2 spoke looks the same as my 1978 steering wheel? I found one on a Bronco web site (Manufacturer Part NumberD4TZ-3600-A) . I dont want to get it and it not be the same even if it fits.
Thanks
Thanks Bill. your post are always helpful and quick.
I was worried about the horn. just bought a 78 turn signal switch and was wondering if it would work with the 74 bronco wheel. I will need to take a close look at both to see how they fit together. My 78 wheel has a metal strip under the horn pad and the Bronco does not.
Thanks to your info I have a place to look.
Thanks
