Sagging front end

Sagging front end
Howdy all. So my 73 2wd f100 is slightly saggy on the front pass side, and have a few questions. First, how do I tell what's causing it? Compressed spring, bent I beam, bent axle? , and second, how do I know what size spring to buy (if it's the sprung). Truck has a lift with aftermarket beams. But have no clue how much. I assume it's a 4 inch lift, with a 3 inch body lift from the measurements I have taken. Camber is starting to eat the new tire, so I need to figure this out, but have no clue

My truck sags on the right as well. Measure from ground to the frame on left and right. That will tell you if it's suspension like beams or a bent frame. . Then measure from knuckle to body. Knuckle to body distance being short is most likely a sagging spring. For me ,f now just put in a few spring lifts (those metal chunk lifts you twist into place) until I get around to buying new springs.
