For me, I ordered on 7/17, order accepted by Ford on 7/27 and I received a VIN. Was scheduled for production week of 9/21 and the window sticker was available on 9/18. So I think the sticker becomes available a couple of days prior to being built.

The Ford.com site still has the Build and Price for the 2020 not the 2021 yet. I did notice the Costco Auto sales Build and Research site has both the 2020 and the 2021 models. Shows a price increase from 2020 to 2021 and I noticed some small ordering differences. Has anyone here ordered a 2021 Super Duty from the Costco site yet? My local dealer did not have the 2021 info last time I checked. Does the Costco site compare well with what the dealers must now have; prices and options?

White 99 - I'd find a different dealer. The 2021 Super Duty order banks opened on Aug 10, and production is scheduled to begin on Oct 26th (KY Plant). Looks like folks are already getting their scheduled 2021 model production dates as well.

I'm glad to see some 2021 orders getting scheduled. My 2020 is still showing as Order processing and no scheduled production date yet.
But if they are going to start build 21's they will have to get the last of the 20's built. There is hope.

I received confirmation from my dealer that my F-350 will be built on the week of Nov 16 and will be lucky to see arrive anytime before Christmas. Covid has caused a very low trickle of new inventory, thus causing pricing for used vehicles/trade-in value to skyrocket. This should trend down as new inventory becomes available.

I ordered in mid July (accepted by Ford on 7/27). After that it went to order processing right up until the build week of 9/21 then went to scheduled. So close to two months at that status for mine.
