Yes, your truck is January 1964 build month. Production did start in August of 1963 for the 1964 model year. November 1963 is what the ad is talking about and it was printed in 1963.

To an enthusiast like me it adds great value that it was one of the first bucket seat trucks (in my opinion) that Ford built. Currently THE FIRST in my own records. Most others would look at it and want to put a Crown Vic front suspension on it and a Coyote motor and all the goodies and add some comfortable seats so it wouldn't have much more appeal than any other 1964 Ford F100. But, if you find someone like me that wants a rarer model and knows what it is you might get a bit more than the average truck. All depends. It is a Custom Cab which seemed to be true of all the 1964 bucket seats so far - makes perfect sense there. I don't recall what the Mecum truck sold for now, but I think it was around $55,000. It is a fine example with what looked like its original carpets and seat covers were in very fine shape. The tailgate was from a newer truck and a few details, but overall really nice. So, there is likely some upside to your truck.
