OK guys, I haven't found anyone at my Ford dealer, or otherwise with the Forscan software who knows how to program the modules so my puddle lights work in my 2016 XLT. I replaced the harnesses to the 22 pin ones thinking that would make everything work because that's what other threads said to do. My turn signal LEDs and running lights work, but no puddle lights.
My friend at the Ford dealer has access to the Forscan software but can't figure out what needs changed to make them work. If you know and could give a detailed explanation on what steps are needed, I'd be forever grateful!
Thanks for your help,
Ken.

Your friend at the Ford dealer........is he or she an actual tech?
I would check this:<!--td {border: 1px solid #ccc;}br {mso-data-placement:same-cell;}--> "726-24-02 x*xx xxxx xxxx Puddle Lamp Cirtuit DTC: 0=Normal, 1=Inhibited". Make sure its a "0".
This is the only control I have heard about. I have factory installed Tow mirrors and mine is set to "0". That is all of any comfirmation that I know.

Yes he is. He is usually good at this stuff. He said the Ford software allows him to change lots of stuff, but this isn't an option on the Ford software. He's not real familiar with the FORScan software and doesn't know where to find it, if it's available.

Good luck.
Thanks! I'll show him this. Which module is this in? Is this FORScan or in the Ford dealer software? Where do you live in Phoenix? I'm out in Queen Creek.
I am using Forscan, the module is 726-24-02 (address) for the Body-command module. Like I stated above, I'm not sure what this setting means "Light them up", since I have never seen a truck with the puddle lights that didn't light up. If yours has it set off, I would try setting it on and see what happens
I figured if I replaced the mirrors and the door harnesses with the correct ones, they would work too. Hopefully this takes care of the problem.Thank you.

Is there a possibility the door modules need programmed also? I was told that on another thread, but no one had the answer on how to do it. Is there a way for you to log in and check you factory settings in your door modules to see if there might be one like you showed me on the body module?
Thanks, Ken.
Never heard of any door modules. Did the posters in the other thread give you a name or number ? You should spend some time looking thru the Forscan documented and known spread sheet. It has every module that has been documented. All the modules are listed on the bottom line.
Ken send me a PM with your email. I can send you my factory 19 BCM.abt file for you to open and compare. It has factory tow mirrors with spot lights and puddle lamps.

OK guys,
With the help of Mike Sanchez (ford390gashog) my Ford Tech buddy was able to change the numbers in my modules with Forscan. The puddle lights work great! I appreciate storage_man's help also.
I'll list the modules and what numbers to change.
The "BCM" module needs one number changed
726-47-02-X*XX-XXXX
This needs that second digit changed from a "0" to a "1"
The left door module "DDM" needs one number changed
740-04-01-*XXX-XX
This needs changed from a number (mine had a 7) to an "F"
The right door module "PDM" needs one number changed also
741-04-01-*XXX-XX
This needs changed from a number (mine had a 7) to an "F"
