Anyone replaced their front door hinges? I did the dorman pin kit a few years ago and there is slop in the door again. I suppose I could do it again but it will just fail again in under 15k......
new hinges look relatively cheap so I would prefer to just do that this time around
I want to do this repair as well. Interested in how you accomplish this job. Undue the wiring or not, support the door, best way to reach the bolts, etc.

did it today, took about 2 hours? 2.5 with my nit picky aligning.....
did lower hinge first, had to loosen the upper hinge and the stopper thing to get enough play in the door to get the lower hinge out. I used a jack to support the door. you are able to reach the truck side bolts from in between the door and the fender top and bottom with the door fully open and a swivel 13mm socket.
left the lower hinge loose and still supported by the jack, and then remove the upper hinge. there was no access to the inner nut but thankfully you can remove the nut under the hinge itself and that stud will stay in place, at least mine did. i didn't try to move it from fear of it falling in.......
wasn't as bad as the stupid dorman pins, i did that with the hinges still in place, should have just removed them.
all said it done was like 50.00 shipped for the pair
