I did a search and could not find anything Tremor specific, so why not start a new thread. I know a lot of people are reverse leveling the Tremor, but I'm going to level it higher in the front.
I picked up a new 2020 F250 Lariat Tremor last week and I just ordered the Rough Country 1.5" level blocks. They'll be here on Wednesday and I'll be installing them the say day. I tow a trailer and wanted to make sure the front wasn't going to be higher when towing, so that's why I went with the 1.5" kit. These are the measurements I've taken so far:
Measurements to wheel well:
Stock Front: 42"
Stock Rear: 45"
Front raised 1.5" with a floor jack: 43.5
Rear: 44.5"
Front with trailer connected and bed loaded: 42.5"
Rear with trailer connected and bed loaded: 44"
The truck looked perfect when I raised it with the floor jack! The axle shifted about a half inch to the driver side when I lifted it with the floor jack. I'll wait to see how itdit but I may order an adjustable track bar to get it lined back up.
This pic is without the level kit. I'll post another pic Wednesday night after I get the level kit installed.
It does look pretty level in that pic because of the angle of the driveway. The front sits 3" lower than the rear, which is more rake than any Super Duty I've ever bought, and I've owned 9 of them since 1999.

I have the same truck and thought the stance is pretty good. I do have the rear inner fender protectors which blacks out the white. Maybe something that will make the rear not appear so high.

Good luck.
The rear wheel well liners arrived to day and level kit came a day early, so I installed that too.
The level kit arrived one day early and I got it installed today.
Measurements after the Rough Country 1.5" level kit:
Front: 43.5"
Rear: 44.5"
The exact look I was going for, 1" of rake. It rides and drives exactly the same as before the kit was installed. The rear wheel well liners came today so I installed those too.

My F350 tremor seems to sag under load more than my 2016 F250 did. I never measured my old truck. But at first it appeared to me that I needed 3” more drop with the new truck to get my car trailer some what level. Once I loaded my tractor on the trailer I ended up adjusting the hitch back to where I had it. It could just be the the Tremor does have more suspension travel than my old truck .

I'm taking delivery of my F250 Lariat in two weeks. I have the Tremor package and see you do as well. I thought we had a 2.5" lift already and wasn't sure this this 1.5" spring level kit would fit the Tremor model. Maybe I am wrong or is there a different part number?

The Tremor does not have a 2.5" lift. Compared to a non Tremor, the Tremor uses a 1" taller block in the rear and less than an inch up front from the coil springs. The idea that it's lifted 2" is marketing, and factors in the tire hieght difference of a non Tremor on 33's. 1" suspension + 1" tires= 2".
I see no reason why a lift spacer that works on a non Tremor wouldn't work on a Tremor.

They would fit but since they cover such a wide range of Super Duty years it's tough to know what lift amount you would net on the Tremor. Also, they could impact ride quality compared to the OEM tremor coils. There isn't a whole lot of feedback from owners who use those coils.
