Anyone have a behind grill bug screen? Looking for info to add one on 2020 super duty 6.7L.
My semi has one and even after over 800,000 miles the the A/C condenser and air charge cooler are relatively clean.
I just wash the screen off each time i wash the truck.
I haven't done it to this truck yet, but my other trucks I've always just gone to the hardware store and gotten metal window screen, cut a piece to fit, and secured it in front of the coolers with zip ties to whatever supports were convenient.

When I used "expanded metal" I used very large zip ties. In 7 years one failed. UV? I had plenty of redundancy and it was easy to replace.
I have the Fia on my current F150 and on my last one and my ‘13 and ‘17 Super Duties. I’ll never be without one again. They do a job you’d not believe until you clean it from bugs once. Then, the winter front snaps right on.

Do they only make over the grill? The one I had went behind the grill. I can’t do over the grill.
Fiberglass window screen. I removed the grill, cut the screen a little large, pushed the screen over the clips on the back of the grill ( cut slits where the tabs are). Reinstall the grill and the screen stays in place.
